Finberry

Finberry is a new community taking shape beside the East Stour River. The collection of cottages and family homes built by Crest Nicholson are surrounded by Kent countryside but within easy reach of Ashford town centre.

The developer received a £2.3million investment from the government to build on the site as part of the Get Britain Building programme. Work began on the land in October 2013 and the first phase of homes at Stour Meadows have been released.

Stour Park, Sevington

Quadrant Estates are the developer behind a new business park in Ashford covering 96 acres of land, just off junction 9 of the M20, with 1,000,000 sq ft outline permission for prime office development.
