Kent Property Market Report 2023
The Kent Property Market Report 2023 provides an invaluable insight and analysis of the performance of Ashford’s property and the key projects supporting the county’s growth and economic development. The Kent Property Market Report is produced by the Economic Development Division of Kent County Council, in partnership with Caxtons property consultants and Locate in Kent.

Ashford Corporate Plan
Ashford Borough Council has set out its focus for the next four years in a new corporate plan. Titled ‘Our Plan for the Borough – 2024-2028’, it sets out the Council’s priorities to make Ashford a place where people, business and nature can collectively thrive.
The three pillars to support this vision and form the areas against which progress will be measured on are Planet, People and Place.
Ashford For You magazine
Ashford For You is a quarterly magazine created by Ashford Borough Council and is distributed across the borough, to all our residents.
The 24-page edition covers everything that’s happening in Ashford, from cultural events to development updates, as well as profiles of people and places who make Ashford such a great place to live. Since the introduction of the magazine, 88% of residents said they felt better information about the developments in the town (stats valid in February 2019).
The magazine is available to read on online, or you can pick up a copy at the Civic Centre.

Local Skills Improvement Plan
The Local Skills Improvement Plan provides guidance in addressing skills needs and shortages in the region. It has been approved by the Secretary of State in line with the approval criteria set out in the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022, and in accordance with the LSIP statutory guidance. The Local Skills Improvement Plan provides a roadmap to support the region in addressing skills needs and shortages and will enable further collaborative working and joint initiatives.
