Curious Brewery
Curious Brewery has been crafting extraordinary beer since 2011. In May 2019, Curious Brewery opened its doors to bring brewing into the centre of Ashford, with its modern, state-of-the-art brewing facility with the capacity to manufacture 1,000,000 pints on-site a year and has scope to grow in the future. Designed by Hollaway architects, the building is visually striking close by to Ashford International Station.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen Ashford as the home for our Brewery. While many breweries have migrated to out-of-town locations for cost and space reasons, we saw Ashford as the perfect fit. Not only is it well-connected, but it’s also a vibrant hub for innovation, providing small businesses like ours with ample opportunities to flourish.

Not only do Curious Brewery brew their own beers on-site, they also operate a modern dining experience in their contemporary-designed restaurant that overlooks their brewery operations. A hub for relaxation and socialising. A place to sample and enjoy the beers and food created in partnership with local Kent suppliers. Our strategic position ensures easy accessibility via road and railway networks, welcoming new customers to Curious who might not have stumbled upon us otherwise. This ‘Cathedral of Beer’ gives people the opportunity to discover, learn and experience the art of modern brewing first-hand. Visitors can book a tour of the International Beer Challenge Brewery of the Year and get an insight into how a brewery works as well as explore how the range is crafted. This is followed by a tasting of the award-winning range of beer and cider.
Curious Brewery slots into a thriving leisure landscape in Ashford, sitting alongside the likes of Elwick Place, The Coachworks and Ashford Designer Outlet.
