With an office located right in the Ashford town centre, Sibley Pares is an independent firm of chartered surveyors, estate agents and property managers operating across Kent. While their residential operations remain predominantly in Maidstone, their commercial focus has expanded into Ashford, which is a strategic growth area for commercial developments.

Sibley Pares recognised the growing opportunity Ashford offered them and decided to join forces with Ashford’s already established commercial property agency, Taylor Riley. Against the backdrop of an increasing number of key commercial developments such as Waterbrook Park and Connect 38, Sibley Pares is striving to become the largest commercial and development land agents in Ashford, working largely with office, retail and industrial properties and the “go to” agents for Ashford.

The company has also worked with Ashford Borough Council, on a town centre map vinyl that sits in a prominent position on the high street, with the aim to enhance the street scene and to let vacant retail space, as part of a wider plan to regenerate the town centre.
